Jokaero

A while back I posted something from Rogue Trader that spoke of the Jokaero.  Now it seems the GK rumour was true that they would be coming back.  You can see them on the GW site here.  Without seeing the GK codex yet, I am curious as to why GW would have them work with the Imperium.  Particularly the Inquisition.  I was really hoping that they would get their own Codex.  Imagine a really high point cost, with few options.  They would be challenging to play.   I guess I don't work in game design for a reason...

What are your thoughts?  Did they deserve their own codex?  Could they be the long lost "Squat replacement"?  What do you think a Jokaero vehicle would look like?
